Because each garment is crafted specifically for you, we operate under a limited return policy to ensure quality and sustainability.
What We Cover:
- Manufacturing defects (faulty seams, printing errors, etc.)
- Items damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items sent (wrong size, color, or style from your order)
How to Start a Return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at Returns@Getminiloves.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective/damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
- Keep all original packaging until we confirm your return.
- We'll review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What is Not Returnable:
- Returns due to sizing issues (please refer to our size guide).
- Changes of mind about color, style, or fit.
- Items worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
Timeline:
- Refunds: 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Replacements: 2-3 weeks (due to made-to-order production time).
