Return Policy

Because each garment is crafted specifically for you, we operate under a limited return policy to ensure quality and sustainability.


What We Cover:

  • Manufacturing defects (faulty seams, printing errors, etc.)
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent (wrong size, color, or style from your order)


How to Start a Return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at Returns@Getminiloves.com with:
  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the defective/damaged item
  3. A brief description of the issue
  • Keep all original packaging until we confirm your return.
  • We'll review your request within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What is Not Returnable:

  • Returns due to sizing issues (please refer to our size guide).
  • Changes of mind about color, style, or fit.
  • Items worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Timeline:

  • Refunds: 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Replacements: 2-3 weeks (due to made-to-order production time).
